2025 Football Banquet and dinner

Olathe North Football Players, Coaches, Athletic Trainers and Families,

The end of season Football Banquet / Awards Ceremony will be Sunday Dec 7th - 6PM at Olathe North in the Lower Commons. This is an event for all players, coaches, trainers, and their immediate family members. Doors will open for attendees at 5:30PM to arrive and be seated. Meal will start at 6PM.

The food for the banquet is being catered by Mi Ranchito. The menu will be a Taco Bar - Plate with 2 tacos (beef and/or chicken) w/ lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, rice, beans, chips, salsa, espinaca dip, water, lemonade, and cookies. All players, coaches and trainers will eat for free courtesy of the QB Club. All other attendees will have to pay $12 for the meal.

Please use the link below to register your family and let us know how many will be coming. The cost is $12 per person and the deadline to register is Friday Nov 28th. Reminder: DO NOT pay for your football player or include them in your count of attendees.

When you arrive at 5:30PM or after, enter the building at the Athletic Events entrance and check in at the table located at the entrance to the commons.

To help make this event a success we will need some volunteers. We need help to set up/decorate, run the check in table, help serve the food, and clean up. Please sign up to help with one of these volunteer opportunities here:

Estimated Schedule for the evening:

5:30 Doors open to attendees

6:00 Meal Service begins

6:30-6:45 Meal Service Ends and Coaches begin Awards Ceremony

6:45-7:30 Awards / Presentations / Speeches

7:45 - 8 Wrap up / clean up

All Seniors will want to be in attendance for Senior Gifts! Also Senior players will have the ability to have items on display during the event. In order for Seniors to decorate their display tables, they should arrive around 5:30PM.

Our hope is to have most if not all players at all levels and in all grades in attendance for this celebration.
