A member of National Honor Society and Sports Medicine National Honor Society with a 4.5 GPA. Bennett is the son of Andrew and Amiee Shearer. Bennett is a 4-year member of the Eagles Football program and 3-year letter winner. He is also a member of the ON Baseball team, Sports Medicine program, Eagle Flight Crew and National Honor Society. Bennett is also actively serving with the Kansas Army National Guard. After high school he plans on continuing his education at Kansas State University majoring in Business while in the ROTC program.

He is a 3-year varsity starter/letterman in baseball and a 3-year basketball player. Jamo loves all sports and has played them his whole life.
